Introduction
1.1. This promotional competition ("Competition") is organised and run by Abes Technoseal a Division of Hudaco Trading (Pty) Ltd (Registration Number: 1984/005432/07) (collectively referred to as "the Promoter").
1.2. By entering this Competition, all participants and winners agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which will be interpreted by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
1.3. This Competition is conducted in accordance with Section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act, No. 68 of 2008 ("CPA") and the regulations updates thereof.
Eligibility
2.1. The Competition is open to all Wholesale/Distributors of Abes Technoseal.
2.2. Participants must be 18 (eighteen) years or older at the time of entry. If a participant is under 18, they must obtain written consent from a parent or legal guardian before entering.
2.3. The Competition is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of the Promoter, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter, or their immediate family members, life partners, business partners, or marketing service providers.
Competition Period
3.1. The Competition will commence on the 14th of September 2026 and will end on the 30th of November 2026 at midnight.
3.2. No late entries received after the closing date and time will be considered or accepted under any circumstances.
3.3. Winners will be announced by the 15th of December 2026.
How to Enter
4.1. Scan provided QR Code and follow instructions.
4.2. Entries must be submitted in the exact format required. No automated, bulk, or third-party entries are permitted. No duplicated entries are permitted.
4.3. Except for standard data, SMS, or network rates charged by the participant's service provider, no additional entry fee, connection fee, or promotional cost is charged to enter the Competition.
Prizes
5.1. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or deferrable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other item unless specified otherwise by the Promoter.
5.2. One point for every Clutch Kit sold (PHC Valeo, HBC ECO, HBC Commercial).

5.3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of comparable or greater commercial value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
Winner Selection and Notification
6.1. Winners will be selected by an independent judge or via a random electronic draw within the timeframe specified in the campaign material.
6.2. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry (e.g., telephone, email, or direct social media message).
6.3. The Promoter will make 3 (three) attempts over a period of 48 (forty-eight) hours to contact a selected winner. If a winner cannot be reached, fails to provide validation documents, or declines the prize, they will forfeit the prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to draw a runner-up winner.
6.4. Winners may be required to submit a certified copy of their South African ID book/card and proof of residence to validate their entry before a prize is released.
Data Protection and Privacy (POPIA)
7.1. By entering this Competition, participants consent to the processing of their personal information by the Promoter in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, No. 4 of 2013 ("POPIA").
7.2. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Competition, validating entries, and delivering prizes.
7.3. Participants' data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit, opt-in consent. Participants can request access, rectification, or deletion of their data at any time.
Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Promoter, its directors, employees, and agents accept no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of entering the Competition or accepting any prize.
8.2. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failures, network disruptions, or incomplete entries that may prevent a participant from successfully entering.
General
9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or postpone the Competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of an act of God, catastrophic war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law.
9.2. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
